Shop that can fix cracked ex manifold

So I've been getting this exhaust smell in my car lately and I just ran some seafoam to check for leaks and I got this sorta small crack on the top of my exhaust manifold. Probably one on the bottom too but

anyways was wondering if anyone knew a reputable welding shop in the bay area that can fix this crack. I know its difficult to repair you gotta have the right welder and you gotta know what your doing, IE drill the manifold and peen it, etc...

it will crack again...

it is cheaper to find another exhaust manifold than fixing it.

bleh I guess so, I was hoping since it was on top and I'd already ported this manifold that I'd be able to extend its life a little.
