I live in Novato and need to borrow the timing belt tension pulley tool and and bolt stop. Does anyone near by have these I can borrow.
I know I can buy them but that will take an extra week unless I was rich. But I could leave a $40.00 deposit or so or you could come over to my house in Novato while I use them for about 5 minutes. Would really help a new Mitsubishi guy out.
Purchased my 96 2.4 Galant with a bad timing belt and yep bent valves 22 of them. So new head, machine work, gaskets, belt, etc. But I need the do my timing belt. So if anyone could break a guy off some love it would be appreciated. Oh yeah I do some welding, not pro but have arc, rod and wire, and Oxy-Acc. So if you might need something in the future it could work out. Yeah it has taken way to long to get this baby running. I keep telling my roommate she will really enjoy the performance and handling of the car. Kinda like a sleeper to her. She did have one years back but to long to remember back then.
I can also help out with wiring, and stereo install have most of the tools.
Not looking for a hand out just a little love with ability to reciprocate.
