WTT: Turbo TRADE

Looking to trade my rebuilt turbonetics T3/4 hybrid turbocharger for a garret T25/28.

This turbocharger was rebuilt about a month ago and has only 500 miles. I will be adding more specs and the shop who did the rebuild tomorrow.

willing to ship it out as long as i can get a T25/28

preferably a big 28

I have a t25 with 10,000 original miles on it. It has no stripped threads or broken bolts. Has normal shaft play and didnt burn oil or anything when it was removed. Also have a blown t25 with 110,000 miles that has shaft play in/out & up/down.

i am going to a carb referee this friday to get my car checked out. The forums say a 14b, t25, t28 are all turbo's that are legal except the 28 but its so close it can pass.

its a 98 rs and im finding out because its a non turbo....NO turbo should be on it. i called the shop who is going to inspect it and they said its fine because there are carb legal turbo kits. expect a pm from me to all who replied with offers end of friday.

so far...looks like i need to take my car back to stock and then go back to carb....darn.
