alright somethings been going on with my 91 GSX for a while, making it barely drivable, under boost (evo III big 16 at 25 PSI) my car hesitates and runs rich at about 10 psi I'm 80% sure its a boost leak. I thought I found it at the throttle body gasket, so I replaced that and the elbow gasket in case it was there. I havent done a boost leak since but I did drive it, but with no luck in fixing the hesitating issue. last boost leak test showed a huge leak under intake plenum(sp?) where throttle body would meet. Which would be a gasket right? Or maybe a crack in my intake? I can't pinpoint let alone see exactly where the leak is just feel a rush of air. I've read something bout a shaft seal but I haven't looked into that, any help would be amazing, I live in el cajon if anyone can come take a look maybe you can spot something I can't. I am also willing to drive (not too far like 20 miles bad mpg because of leak) for someone to help me out maybe in the next couple weeks I could even pay some one to help.thanks.

Oh BTW don't think it matters but I'm pretty sure my thermostat is bad, shouldn't have caused this tho.:hmm:

@Arnie. I've already talked to him he said he'd be just to September or October.

@91 stocker I'm turning with dsmlink, I don't know exactly that its running rich or lean but from what other people say, it sounds a lot like my problem except i have a boost leak, which I've read can cause it run way or the other. The reasons I think I have what I have is everyone my car gets under 10 psi or more it like cuts out and wants to die, but runs totally nornal without the turbo(first or second cruising). As for my mod list I bought it with all of the mode, so I'm not completely besides what I've listed in my descriptive. The guy said the engine was replaced with one that they used to race with in Japan so its strong they just rebuilt it. And Sam at road race has done my entire car, so I know the tuning and everything is good
