Talk to banishedmunk on here, he is a dsm genius and can help you get it working. Money wise depends on what you got wrong obviously but he is straight forward and wont bullshit you

Give him time, he does have a family

Do you have any oil leaks? I'm guessing yes. Because under running conditions it's leaking but when it sits no leaks...? Also pictures may be helpful as well. Do you have any clue as to the oil leak area? And are your oil lines to your turbo connected properly?

Soling soles from turbo downpipe minor return line leak

Id gladly pay $300 to get this thing operational

blown turbo or sloppy install... one is easy fix the other is turbo.. much more than 300.. you can swing by and i can check it out.

Unfortunately im no longer near oceanside I relocated to murrietta if you can come do me that would be amazing I can bbq and have plenty of cases of energy drinks and cases of beer

Im really in need of some help. Can some one get a hold of banishedmunk my phone number is on the initial posting

Holy crap I must be loved.

More than likely if you had a kinked oil return line the damage has already been done. When a return line kinks, oil must go somewhere and the easiest route is out the turbo seals. The seals are just little metal rings. once the oil decides the seals are the easy route it continues to use this route out the seals and into your intake tract or exhaust. This issue is not solved by just replacing the return line. Your best bet is to pull the turbo off and check for shaft play. Then check the inlet of the exhaust housing for oil reminants. If there is oil there the issue lies with the valve seals.

To help determine the exact location of the oil entering the system does it smoke when decelerating, accelerating, or both?

For faster responses on PM's please proof read your PM as I couldn't understand your issue and it was pushed to the way side. I get alot of pm's with numerous issues. If I cant decifer it then its deleted I apologize.

Its a constant smoking such asa durinf idle more so when under pressure if you can make it out that would be highly appreciated

The earliest I could make it out wouldn't be till the beginning of may. I go on leave the 10th and will be in Dallas, Texas till the 30th.Between now and then I have 3 cars I am working on.

Now is it white smoke or a blue tinted smoke?

Its blue tinted smoke smells like burning oil have a leak in my new oil return line it's been torqued and rtv'd still leaking having a difficult time may just part out. I've dropped over 2500$ into the car and well I haven't even gotten it to run properly brand new turbo, injectors, motor intercooler Greddy emanage. Walbro 255 fuel pump I have all supporting mods to push this turbo and a electronic boost controller set to 8lbs for break-in safety this has made me completely dumbfounded and at a loss for words or thought my pocket book is running thin on this one

In my opinion It seems as if the turbo seals have gone bad from the kinked oil return line.

Yeah I think your right because it was smoking out of my T25 haven't fired up the new 20gturbo just yet noticed leaks when I was priming it. So my fingers are crossed
