Open track day Miller Motorsports Park

Is anyone going to go out to Miller Motorsports Park this year? The first open track day is April 4th.

I drive here locally w/NASA. So does Chris. We're the only DSM's who do.
Would love to go to Miller, but too far and not enough $.

The NASA event this year for Miller is in June. I'm hoping I can make that one this year. We'll see how the finances are. I'm planning on hitting Pueblo in March though.

Last year they did not have transponders for us to use on the open track days. This year they do and @$150 for a track day with times is going to be so awesome. GT Live will be @MMP June 28-29. Are you coming out to that event? We did it last year and it was alot of fun on the west track. I like the west track better than east because it has a higher average speed around the track.

Right now it looks like I'll only be able to make the NASA event at Miller, and even that's questionable. Trailering the car 8 hours one way can get expensive with the gas prices we have right now.

Very true. Plus if you fill up at Miller with 110 octane it is about $8.50 a gallon.

Let me know if you are, we meet at my shop and cruise out in a big group. As far as SCCA goes they have moved alot of there events to MMP in the parking lot. They used to do alot of events at the E-center, but they coat the parking lot so it is hard to get traction. The rest of SCCA events are in Wendover and you will ruin your tires out there.
