2G Getting DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) without a computer

Hey guys I have a 2nd gen eclipse gst and I was wondering if you guys know a way to check the DTC for the car when the check engine light is on without the use of a computer. But with just the use of the lights blinks, also if you do, do you have the chart that tells what all the number stands for.
