No power to anything until I start the car?

Nothing in my car is getting power when the car is off. The interior lights don't work and everytime I start the car I have to put in the code for my radio (at least I know it like it was my PIN number now). Any ideas of what it could be? Is there a specific fuse I should check since none seem to be blown?

This started happening after I tried to program a remote with no luck and replaced the blower motor for the heater system.

Just for a little more info, the interior lights won't come on at all even if the car is running. Also, there is no problem with the door sensors.

Maybe when you replaced the blower motor, you inadvertantly (Sp?) cut or melted a wire or two.
