Starter plug???!!!

Well, I'm finishing up my rebuild and putting the starter back in. I took it out for space to work. Well, actually my friend took i tout and I just bolted it in and have a problem. There's a plug with a pink center and I can't see where it goes. Does anybody know the location? I'm in a crunch for time so thanks for any info. L8er.
