No Power from Turbo.... inside details

ok here i go.... I just bought the GSX its 95 and the guy was pushing 15psi daily.... after a few days of driving and bad gas mileage i decided to turn the Manula Boost Controler down to about 12psi and when i did the little screwing thing came out.... i screwed it back in the thing that adjusts pressure but my boost just keeps going wheni run it... and i get a really loud spooling noise now.... wonderin what the problem is... need all help i can get.

Problem is when the little "screwing" thing came out so did the spring and ball that were inside it. Now you need a new MBC or parts for the ones you lost. That "whoosh" sound is probably your turbo running wide open and making more boost than what you think it is.
