clutch pedal spongy

My clutch pedal "just doesnt feel right". It is kinda spongy . i bleed it a few times and the fork that comes out of the tranny was kinda making some creaking noise when the clutch was being pushed in. Does anyone have any ideas for a fix?

how long have you had that clutch in there?

And what clutch? I wonder if your release arm could be failing.

Try bleeding the system with your fingers crossed.

I just put in a non cruise throttle cable . thats causing some problems to . it is rubbing somwhere and i dunno where and have looked everywhere. it is really firm and does not push in easy, and u can here it rubbing somwhere. u happen to know what that is??
