FINAL SUGESTION Befor Valve Seals Replasment

Ok guy I need final sugestion on this.When my car is ideling on the parking lot for lets say 10 min and then I press gas and there is a lot of blue gray smoke coming in in the first 3sec then it clears up as I keep my foot on the gas,then I let gas off and it smokes a bit even at idle.Also when I go after 3000rpm it start smoking that gray blue smoke.It is not alot but it is not a bit too.
So,Do you guys think that it is valve seals or rings?I think it is valve seals.The car aslo consume oil (NO LEAKS,NONE).123 000 miles.
So befor I go ahead and do valve seals I want to make sure that this is what cause the problem.Thank you.

Ok well what are you modifications. Are you sure its not black smoke, if you have blow by meaning your rings are worn you more than likely would be poping out the dipstick and oil would be all over your engine bay. You can tell if your rings are bad like this. If you burnign oil and your dipstick is find pull your head and replace the valve seals.

fisrt do a compression test followed up by a leakdown test from there on you'll know if its rings or valve seals

kompresion is good.160-155-150-155,what is leakdown test?

vfaq will have a good visual guide to doing a leakdown test. very simple to perform if your already able to do a compression test.

well since my compresion is pretty much close to the factory limmit wich is 145 and im going to take head apart anyways i should just do go ahead and do the piston rings too.The compresion by factory should be 190+ and im way under that.Who know how many HP im losing cuz of that compresion.
