Westminster,
i have no lights, no signals, no horn and such, and im trying to figure out since, i baught a new ecu for this car, if i have an ecu from a car with no power anything or no alarm, if that can keep the lights, and signals and such from working. thanks for your help

Doesn't sound like a ECU issue. Sounds like you have a complete loss of battery power. Check the condition of the battery. It sounds like it might be related to corroded battery terminals connections.

no the battery is fine. the car starts and runs well it just has no lights or signals and im trying to figure out why. i also dont have stuff like power windows and seatbelts.

all fuses in the engine bay as well as the ones by the driver's side kick panel are intact and working. one other question, if i have 1 of the fucntions controlled by the combination switch in the steering column, could that switch still be bad?
