Click, Grind from belt area

I have a 95 (Built 1994) Eclipse GSX with 90.000 miles on the motor. For a while now there has been this wierd sqreetch at start up and clicking from the belt pulley area. Its like a wierd light grind followed by a click, and it repeats it . Just some background, the car has brand new tranny that was installed by me, so I know everthing was done right . New act 2600 clutch, and new fidanza light wieght flywheel which is working out good. Now just some other notes, the car runs and drives perfect. I go into left turns at 6 grand and shift with the petal returning to the original position with ease. I also get a consistant clutch grab (Dead Center) feel, I have a ss clutch line so im sure that helps. I dont know what this is has anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like a dead harmonic balancer. Don't drive it until it's replaced.

mine makes that kind of sound but when the car shuts off. A squeak and then a click, just does each once the car shuts off.

95EclipseGSX , was the harmonic balancer the problem? if so, how much did it cost and was it hard to replace?
