Squeeling Timing Belt

i'm trying to solve a recent problem. i just changed my timing belt and all the pullies. the belt wants to lean on the engine side of the pulleys and squeels like crazy. i pretty positive everything is installed correctly and the belt is the same size as the old one. any idea what the prob. could be? i'm no idiot when i comes to engines and car work, but i'm at a loss. please help.

Usual culprit is the PS belt, tighten it a little & see what happens.

never mind. the guys at Turbo Garage point out that i'm a moron. (not really) i intalled the damn tension pulley the wrong way. don't be like me. the lip goes on the engine side not outside.
