car won't go into gear while running

when the car is running it won't go into any of the gears. I have replaced thr slave and master cylinders as well as the clutch and tranny. I've bled the clutch 4 times. If I start the car up in first gear it will drive about 3 miles per hour with the clutch to the floor. Any suggestions ?

Well obviously your clutch is not disengaging. Have you tried adjusting the master cylinder rod? Have you shimmed your shift fork?

I've adjusted the master cylinder rod and according to rre's site the fork should be in the center or towards the driver side which it is center. I also tried the longer slave rod with no luck. Just trying to avoid pulling the tranny again, it's 3 degrees out and I have no garage.
