Weird compression results and blue smoke.

I did a compression test on my car when i noticed that blue smoke was coming out of the exhaust. Here are the results, from cylinder 1-4. 125 145 185 185. I know i have a problem but I don't know what it is. I did the test numerous times so i know the numbers are accurate. I put the oil in the cylinder and the pressure when up. This leads to piston rings. I also read that if two adjacent cylinders are 20+ different then it could be a head gasket. What do you guys think?

Also, does anyone know of a device to read engine codes?

You have done your homework well. Yes, the headgasket could be at fault and yes a ring job may also be required. Since #1 is the lowest it would not be unreasonable to suspect you will find scratches on the bore for they are the most vunerable. Smoke out the exhaust and blowby may be part of your clues. You can nurse the car along for a while but don't allow it to overheat or run low on water, you have time to make desisions and amass known parts like at least a valve grind gasket set. And money for the unexpected. Water loss will be another clue if you are adding weekly or in adavanced blown gasket conditions daily. It can get so bad that a cylinder will hydraulic lock and not crank over. You can solve this by removing the plug wires and the leaking cylinder spark plug and give a few cranks to purge the water. Dry the plug and restart, it is at this point you have reached the end of the line and repairs must be made.

As for your code question here is a URL which gives you the code meanings. The tool is called a datalogger (data logger?) and comes in several forms from specific dedicated units to the Palm Pilots which can be programmed to function as a datalogger.
