ok, so i found this on my thermostat housing, could be a problem, how do i rewire this little SOB when its so close to the harness, does it come apart anyway?

Solder it.

Slide a SMALL flat blade screwdrive in from the BACKSIDE (where the wires are) of the de-wired spade lug - That will allow you to remove the female spade lug from the connector - Carefully pry out the wire nub & reattach wire to old connector OR fit new lug (preferably the Metric style as it fits better) but any close size female spade lug will do.
