i got a 91 talon tsi awd turbo 5 spd and i was wondering if turning the cam angle sensor can i ruin the head of the car ebcause of really bad timeing at all? cause im gonna try doing a timeing light and everyhting to see if i can get it right. right now its all the way to the right all the way on the retarded side of the cam angle sensor. so basicly i was wondering if turning this anyway if i go to much can i kill my valves on my car?

The cam sensor changes ignition timing not cam timing. So to answer your question, no, it will not cause damage to your valves.
