well how would i know if i did spin a rod bearing and what should i do to fix it.

if you really did spin a rod bearing you would know it as it is going to knock like hell. You would be looking at a rebuild of your engine if you have driven with that car with spun bearing cause the pieces of the bearing would have done damage to the crank and other parts. been there. do a search on the subject. dont run your car.
are you sure it is knocking in the block not in the tranny? I have a very small knock in the tranny once in a whyle...

u know ive had various problems lately because of my damn fmic, such as boost leak and hoses leaking and causing my car to idle realy bad and die out like ever second, and was checking everthing and noticed a knock lastnight but today i dont hear it, maybe it was in the tranny who knows, i dont hear it anymore. thanks for the info

If it is on the tranny side of block it may be the flywheel, I have experienced this and i know the sounds.

Give us more detail. Does it get louder the more u rev it? Does it only happen when clutch is in? Detail buddy.
