Turbo doesn't feel right?

When I get on the gas at WOT my car jerks and bucks, and its like the turbo is kicking in and out, seems like it goes slower when I put it at WOT, not at full potential at all. The car is all stock, and turbo has only 40K on it. Anyone have any possible ideas?

How old are the plugs and wires.

hold it steady at a certain psi for a min and tell me if it begins to buck too. cause mine is doing that :-\

I have that same exact symptom as you, I hear my engine over my turbo, and it feels like the motor is pullin instead of the turbo (this is at 3k+rpm)
