Ok, my CEL came on and now it idles really crappy, sometimes it bounces down to 300 rpm, I did the on off on off and I came up with this:

Target idle not reached (k200 r/min)
Harness and connector / Idle air control motor / Vaccuum leak

So do you guys think it could be a vaccuum leak? Or something else, friday I will take it into shop and look at it, if it is a vaccum leak, am I causing damage to the engine by driving it? The car has 147,000 miles on it and I dont want to break anyhting yet
