someone PLEASE help with this radio!!

ok i have a 93 laser that came from the factory with a radio and tape player . . . . i bought a new factory radio and cd player off of someone out of a 90 laser awd . . . i plug it in and everything lights up and it scans perfectly and the cd player works, but i'm getting NO SOUND, what the hell is going on with it??? any and all help would be great it's really starting to make me mad!! thanks everyone.

did all of your speakers work fine before? do you have cut wires are are u using a wiring harness?

all speakers worked perfect, no wires are cut, and im just using the factory harnesses plugging them into the the new radio . . . are the harnesses different in the 90 awds compared to the 93 nts maybe? but why would everything be working but im not getting any sound? this is frustrating!!!!!

anyone know how many plugs the 90 laser awds used to plug into the radio?? it looks like there are three spots to have something plugged into, but i only have two plugs, could this be the problem?? or any other thoughts?
