today i noticed that my oil filter had some type of liquid on it, it was on the top of it like it had been spilled on it from the top of the car, but anyways...my car is broke for like the past month and i just got it back to "running" condition, if its the water pump, would it have broke when my car broke last month, and if that happened would my car made it 30 miles broken (originally thought i had busted headgasket)
 
What do you mean when you say your car broke??

And what do you mean when you ask if the water pump broke if it could make it 30 miles? If the propeller stopped turning inside the water pump (pretty unlikely) than it would not have made it 30 miles without overheating. If it was a small leak on the water pump, then there is a good chance that it could have made it over 30 miles without leaking, but if it was a major leak and you lost all your coolant, than your car would have over heated. It is also possible that if your car sat for a while and there was no coolant in it that the seals may have dried out and started to leak.
 
well when my car broke some dude was d-d-ing for me cuz i was blitzed and i remember my car running like arse, like it was on 3 cylinders, well i thought i was a headgasket but that night my car drove around for like 30 miles after the prob started. i know that i had to keep it in 4th gear and have it almost floored to keep up with the speed limit.

the other day i noticed some liquid on my oil filter, doesnt really have a smell but its kindy slimey and the water pump is near there.....
 
1. Did you check your coolant level and has it changed in either the radiator or the reservoir?
2. Has this problem you discribed where it sounds like it is running on only 3 cylinders been consistent and not gone away?
 
my coolant level was a little low but my turbo has bad seals, but it wasnt too low and it never overheated

and my problem is consistent, when i have the running i pull my injector wires off the injectors and they run like arse except on one which is runs a little worse but not as bad as if i pulled it off of one of the other ones
 
Do a pressure test on your cooling system and see if over the course of about an hour you lose more than one or two psi on the tester. If so, look around and see if you can see where it is coming from. If you don't have a tester see if you can borrow one from somebody or buy one. There may even be ways of making one with a few spare parts, but I've never tried so you could do a search.
Also, when was the last time you replaced your plugs and wires with properly gapped plugs?
You should also do a compression check and if maybe a leak down test on your engine to rule out headgasket.
