Battery is really drained especially in cold weather

My car is sluggish to start up in cold weather. especially when left for a couple days with out starting. Is this the battery going out, or a symptom of something else?

It's normal in the cold weather...althought the sluggish starts could be an indication of a dying battery. Don't forget that in colder weather the oil thickens in the crankcase making starting even harder.

check the water level in it,
if low, fill with distilled water,
mine was sluggish, and new water fixed it
