I'm sure this isn't normal but you know how when you press the accelerator on a new car there's no vibration under your foot and no interior noise at idle, no rumbling even though I have an after market muffler it doesn't cause this type of rumbling. I'm guessing it's somewhere in the drivetrain but where. Any ideas?

What he's trying to say is, your post made absolutely NO ####ing sense. Please clarify.

Now, now, that's hardly any way to be, is it?

Jetblack, give it another try. We didn't get the question. What the hell's the problem?

All right I'll try again. I'm just saying my car rumbles luoder than the average car with only an after market muffler, I think it's from the drivetrain somewhere. I'm new at these forums but you guys can be real comedians:laugh:

Well, it's NOT a new car, and being a sports sled, the designers didn't concern themselves all that much with NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) issues because they knew all the drivers would be far too match-o to be worried about it.

In fact, many of us become visibly excited by the rumbling.

Not me, of course.
