Please help diagnose my idle problem

I just did a head swap from a 97 onto my 95. Pretty much everything went well but now I'm experienceing a weird ass idle.

At cold start, the engine pretty much idles ok. It hovers around 900rpms. As soon as I start driving around and the engine gets warm is when it gets weird. When I come to a stop the idle will bounce from 1500 to 1800rpms. I tried adjusting my BISS screw but it only made things worse. Everything else is working fine but yesterday my car threw a CEL.

I'm so frustrated! Anyone have any ideas?

I don't have a turbo - but first thing is go get the CEL checked it may be the answer to your questions. Did you plug in all the vacuum lines for the tb? I had an idle issue I took out and cleaned my tb including the sensors and it got MUCH better. Dunno if that helped much.

Idle Speed Control Motor...Dead. Replace probably. Get a logger to check the code it threw.
