Stock turbo

I have a 92 eclipsegd turbo i was wondering if anyone can help me out here. I have signs of oil in my intercooler piping and bov and i have to put oil every 2000 miles ( maybe 2 quarts), my turbo only spools to 9.5psi i was wondering if this is the turbo thats definitly causing this. Also sometimes during heavy acceleration the rpm will continue like normally but theres an unusually bogging towards 5-6 thousand rpms. It will basically feel like tires stop moving as fast but rpm will continue to rase but it doesnt feeel right. If you can understand this problem splease help me out...

I was wondering if someone could tell me what psi facrtory 1g turbos should reach. Bone stock

Stock boost could be withing several ranges.
most commonly i hear mentioned is 9 - 11

other say 12 - 14.

and bogging at high RPM, does it do this in all gears such as your clutch might be slipping.


how does the clutch feel otherwise?

Yes it does it when i redline in first then it will do it in 2nd at high rpm as well
