no power gains from downpipe.

Well i just installed my 3 inch downpipe from exhaust depot and for some reason I didn't gain much power. Now I have a 2.5 inch catback with an Apexi n1 muffler. I checked it for any leaks and didn't find any. My car feels the same as when I only had a test pipe and 2.5' catback. Is there anything else I could check? I didn't experience any boost spikes. I thought by having an upgraded downpipe would give me a lot of hp?
Here are my mods

3 inch dp (cat eliminator)
2.5 inch cat back

There's not alot of performance mods that will give you a tremendous gain all at once. Especially when they can be bought from your local hardware store. Any exhaust modification AFTER the turbo will not yield large gains alone. Most won't be enough to be felt. Opening up the exhaust is a supporting modifcation for those yet to come.

im sure ur spool up is prob faster. have you driven her at high speeds yet?

i just drove her again and notice a little difference but nothing major. I've taken her up to 107 yet it still felt the same.

Did you notice a gain in boost pressure? Perhaps a gain in how fast it revs now?
