missing hose?

i had just noticed that im missing a hose or sumthing where i circled. anyone know whats going on with that? am i missing sumthing? ......this is under the battery, i dont really know what that thing is, im gonna take a stab and say charcoal canister but i dont even know what that is...i could use sum input on that also. thanks, dont mind the mess

If I remember right, that is the charcoal canister. Could be wrong tho.

It is the charcoal canister. I have the lines disconnected from mine; you don't need it it's just emissions crap.

okay but should i plug it or should i find where its supposed to connect to and plug that end? orjust leave it alone?

Also, do you have emissions testing in West VA. I wouldn't go elminating things if you do until you do your research first...

ive looked at most of it and the most of it seems to be fine, sept for the thing in the picture i posted, ill check it again later to make sure didnt miss anything
