Ok, so here is my story. I own a 97 Talon TSI, and i have only added a Injen intake. I only had the car for about a month before this upgrade. I have noticed since I did the intake, it seems like the car is a bit laggy as far as acceleration is concerned, but with the turbo kicks in you feel it a little more than before. I was thinkin that maybe the intake sucks in too much air for engine, considering no mods have been done to the exhaust. Is this a problem at all? I also have another question, I recently installed an undercar neon kit, and an after market stereo, I never noticed this before but when I apply the brakes the head lights dim out a little bit, would this be something i should be concerned with? I think Im just scared of an electrical problem because my old HONDA P.O.S had one and it costed me an arm and a leg. Any help would be appreciated.

I have no ideas RE increased lag with an Injen, but it's normal for our cars to dim when RPMs drop. If you monitor voltage, 13.8 or so is normal, but it can drop to 12.9 or worse when you punch in the clutch and the rpms drop faster than the regulator can keep up with. Nothing to worry about.
