Car Will NOT Idle

I Have a 91 TSi AWD Auto and the car refuses to idle. The RPM's just drop off and it dies. Anyone know what's going on?? It feels like the throttle body completely shuts off any airflow after i let my foot off.

If the car runs fine all other times at any other rpm except won't idle. Try messing with the BISS. Check out vfaq

I am having a problem with my car when I start it, it will start up and then will die after 10 seconds like there is no fuel getting to the engine. All I did was reset my ECU and it fixed it, ended up finding that the fuel pump relay was bad. Hope this somewhat helps. Later,
