On my 2G GSX, the black ground wire going into the plastic clip/harness at the fuel-pump in the back gets pretty warm/hot after being for a while. I've also noticed it's not making a 100% perfect connection because I can wiggle the wire around and can hear the voltage/pump dropping and flactuating, and sometimes even cuts out.
What could be casuing the wire to heat up? The pump has been re-wired to the battery but I dont know about the ground, should I increase the size of my ground wire? Could this be a short or simply not big enough wire? Any help would be greatfull, thanks guys.
