I have a 4G37 and this is at the top right hand corner by the tranny fluid(?) it was unlplugged when i first looked under the hood and i plugged it in, any idea what it is??

Actually I think that is the sensor for your brake fluid. That thing you thought was tranny fluid is your brake fluid, and the clip is the wires that come out of it. They tell the car how much brake fluid is in the car. Did you have a problem with your Brake light staying on?

I'll second that... It's your brake fluid level sensor wiring.

You didn't add any transmission fluid to that container, did you? That would be a bad thing....

My Brake light is always on!!!, do i need new fluid?

look at your pic, you can clearley see the resevior is half empty.

Ok, but im at school, when i get home ill tell my dadda, and he'll go get some crap in town for it. we have to get it checked out anyway
