HELP! FWD vs AWD front suspension interchangable?

I ran my car into a curb the other day accidentally, and the front passenger side's suspension is all messed up. What I was wondering, are the parts from a 1g fwd (lower control arms, tie rod, steering stabalizer, and hub) are interchangable onto a 1g awd. Thanks for any comments or suggestions. -Morgan

The hub, control arms, stabilizer bar, and tie rod are all interchangeable with a FWD. BTW, air tools help. If you don't have air, it can be done with an electric impact wrench. They go for about $60. I got one and did my front suspension, axles, and subframe with it. It worked like a champ.
