420A Removing broken valve cover bolt

I had a oil leak when i got the car and now I've got a bad one. Oil is sitting in the spark plugs and some is leaking from the valve cover but not much. A mechanic i work with told me that i need to replace the valve cover gasket, so i did but come to find out one of my bolts on the valve cover is broken into the bottom of the head. What do i do?

You can either get a screw extractor or heli-coil it. Heres two links for information:
