after i did my 6 bolt swap i have had an idle at about 2grand. I need to adjust it but i put the 1g throttle body on and im not sure how to lower it. Anyone have any quick tips?

Look on the throttle body on the top towards the front of the car and there is a plug on top and then a little screw beneath that. Pop the rubber cap off and then screw in the adjustment screw and it'll lower the idle. This is also called the BISS or Base Idle Set Screw. If that doesn't do anything check to make sure there is a little bit of slack in the cable.
