what the hell is up with my car

hey guys i need some help, well i starting to drive my car this morning and like always i never went past 3k when my car was cold. i felt some stuttering when it was cold so i thought mybe its because my engine is cold well it warmed up and i tried going past 3k and made this noise and stutterd even more. so i didnt even try to push it past that, it almost feels like i cant. and when i was sitting my idel was a around 1200, when it is usally at 800 rpms. does anyone know what this could be alot of people tell me bad spark plug wires and plugs

I've heard of a bad EGR doing things like that when it's leaking badly. Could also be the thermal sensor by the tstat housing.

You can test either way by disconnecting the 2 vacuum lines on the EGR and see how she idles. This will (1) make the EGR purge to atmosphere if it is bad, which you will be able to feel pulsing from the nipples, and (2) eliminate the temp sensor from dicking with the EGR.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation (valve). If you find the EGR is bad, you can build a blockoff plate:

Just know that it will flag a tailpipe sniffer if you have to worry about emissions testing.

Ignition wires will cause the missing to start at a given RPM (a very odd phenomenon, in my experiences), but I can't see them bumping up your idle rpm. Has your TPS come adrift?

well i changed my plugs and wires and everthing was good intill i got on the high way. i started to drive and it was fine then all of a sudden it started to miss fire from what i felt like so i was like what the hell i pulled over and got a tow truck to come get me. while i was waiting i was watching my tv and my lights started to dim and go out so i turned off my car for 5 min and turned it back on. everthing was fine and my car was running good too. so i already got the tow truck on the way so he took it and i got home and still everthing was fine what the hell could this be.

ok well i tried to drive it again and it was fine once i tried to get on it, it happend, so i pulled over turned the car off and then turned it back on in 2min and it worked. its almost like poping or back fireing, or even miss fireing i cant explain it. anyone know
