Ok...

My car is basicly stock its a 90 tsi awd:

IF im driving fast in lets say 2nd gear and i shift into 3rd
it seems like my car loses so much power, and takes like 10 seconds
to gain speed in that gear again....
why does it do this?

in short my car accelerates slow after shifts...

Learning to drive a stick is key to going fast.

You're probably shifting at a low RPM in 2nd gear.

when do u shift in second...and when u do shift into third to u mat it...??

I usually shift at 3.5 g's

well if when u shift into third and its looses power and putters a lil bit that could be a vacum leak....check all ur connections for your intake....it could also be ur MAF which you could get replaced....also change ur o2 sensor....
