What to do with the 3 tubes from the stock MAF

I installed CIP-2gA intake pipe from dejon and i noticed it didnt have holes for the 3 tubes to plug in. Rite now im driving with the tubes uncaped and disconnected. Should i cap those tubes or drill holes into the intake pipe for the 3 tubes?

what tubes r we talkin about here the bov line the line from the valve cover and the like from the canister

the line from the bov needs to be recirculated back into the intake, the one on the vavle cover go to autozone buy a small filter (looks like small k&n filter) and put on there then leave the canster line venting to the atmosphere
