Help On Axel Bolt!!

i have been trying to get this dangg bolt off and it is giving me hell. i have tired with a breaker bar and a pipe and it wouldnt budge. i tried using a compressor with 90psi and sprayed it down with rust-away and that still wouldnt work. i am thinking of heating it up and than trying with the compressor. is there anything else i can do to get this bolt off? any advise would help.

Sounds like you need an impact wrench and an air compressor. And plenty of rust penetrant.
