no spark.... please help

Hello DSM, my car died and will not restart. I've nerrowed it down to electrical, first thought it was the timming belt. (Thanks god it wasn't cause it would've been my second offence) The car is not getting any sparks though it cranks ok. This my first problem with electrical, does anyone have a list of things to check next? Thanks...

Check your cam angle sensor. If thats not the problem, try your Transistor pack and Coil pack (Im assuming the car is turbo'ed?). Last but not least if all else fails, check your ecu for leaking capacitors.

Hey, thanks for the responding so quickly. I can locate these parts on my DSM cd but what exactly am I checking for if you don't mind being more specific, keep in mind that most of the work I have done are basically swaping parts. Thanks again.

Well, the cam angle sensor is located on the passenger side of the car right on the side of the valve cover. Ontop of the sensor there is a clip, remove it and depending on the year of the car it will have either 4 prong like thingies (Im sorry about that) stickin up or 2. What year is the car anyways, cause if its a 2G, they dont have cas's.

Just pulled the ECU, one of the capacitor leaked. I can see the damage on the board. It smells like radiator fluid. I smelled it from time to time while driving, always thought I had a radiator leak. At least I found the problem, I hope. Thanks again...
