Yup just like the title says...I noticed this couple of weeks ago and it worries me, but I always just forget about it. But I was hpoing someone can help me diagnose this. When I drive my car and brake normal nothing happens, but then if I am on the highway doin like 80 mph and I brake to slow down pretty quick, my steering wheel shakes. It only does it when I am at high speeds and I am decelerating pretty quick. Not so sure what this can be, brakes, rotors, shocks, axles, all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It can also be that you have to get alignment for your car ,i had the same issue my steering wheel would shake crazy whenever i brake going from high speeds but afer the alignment all was good
hope that helps

Rotors are warped, just go and buy new ones turning them is only a temporary fix, it removes material from the rotor and it is thinner and will only warp faster.

You might want to try the front end alignment first... I have always had the same problem with the steering wheel only shaking with high speed braking. I replaced all 4 rotors and brake pad sets and it still does it. I'm gonna get a front end alignment soon and see if that helps, if you try this before i do let me know if it helps your prob.

thanks for your replies guys, I can actually go get something done about this now that the problem is diagnosed. I dont know when I will get around to it, but I will post it up as soon as I get a chance, SpyderGST if you do it before me give ma a holler as well. I will try to get it checked out this weekend but I gotta work so I am not sure. Thanks again to all for replies.
