i had a bad bearing on my front balance shaft. so i ordered the balance shaft elim kit. i get to the part where you are to put the bearing in the back hole of the front shaft and it just slides right through. the bad bearing bored the block enough that the bearing will just fall right out. do i have to block the oil hole in the back of the front shaft or can i leave it open and block just the front hole, will it hurt anything?

Thanks
Jeremy

You WILL have to block the oil hole on the back bearing. You can try to see if you can get a larger bearing from an automotive parts store or a machine shop if you are lucky.

Went to the machine shop and they say they cant fix it so i am going to use jb weld and look for another block to build.
