Well, if you are familiar w/ our story and if your not here is how it goes. Buddy bought a 90 tsi. We got the car, car was making only around 5psi, we fixed that by hooking the arm from the wastegate back up. We did three runs and car ran awesome, then on the 4th run she started stuttering/hesitating, at around 2-3k rpm. THis is what we did, reset ecu, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, check for boost leaks everywhere, disconnected the arm from the wastegate to see if it was the turbo or wastegate, turned boost all the way down, put fuel injector cleaner, NOTHING has helped, we are stuck, only thing I can think of left to do is take the hood off, I sit on the motor while buddy drives the car to see if I can hear where the stuttering is comming from :-\

Any more ideas before satan takes her away?

Thanks,
Matt

Yeah I have a few ideas.

You said you did the spark plugs and wires. Go back and make sure you have them plugged into the coil pack correctly.

The order should be 41 23.

Next thing to check is make sure you didnt knock the coil pack harness lose or the power transistor (located right below the coil pack)

Its possible the harness is lose just make sure its still hooked up tight.

If all those are fine it could be a multiple of other things but try those and get back to me.

Good luck. :thumb:
