Lots of blow by and a little exh smoke

I am starting to notice alot of blow by with my car now,i had a filter on there but it kept blowing oil out so i put some silicone hose on there and dumped it under the car(Awaiting catchcan),my car is also smoking(white)a little now,mostly when i rev high or at boost.Has anyone else had this problem?Could this be from the test pipe(Exhaust smoke)?I am running royal purple oil,car has 103k on it,mods are listed,Thanks in advance

Once I put a test pipe on my car, I noticed some smoke from my exhuast. I'm pretty sure I remember reading on here that it's normal with a test pipe.
