my interior stuff doesn't work!

It's pretty weird...nothing in my interior works unless the car is running...door locks, lights, radio, NOTHING!

Start the car up and everything kicks right on! This doesn't sound like a fuse to me, but maybe....

Anybody know what the problem could be? This is on my '92 by the way...

eh, mabye your ignition, the switch for "accessory"is bad, and the car wont get access to power unless its "ON"

or somebody was doing some electrical work, and crossed wires.

I'd check the fuses anyways. Fuses are always the first things to check when addressing an electrical problem. The ignition switch is a very good suspect as well. They will sometimes spring back far enough to keep the starter from constantly running but not enough to complete the circuit to be in the "on" position.

I have the same problem with my 90 for the past week but nobody on my local DSM board knows whats up with it.

This only started after ripping the dash apart to adress my heater core problem. So after i put it together all this happened , the same exact thing as Silverspyder , but somtimes when i turn mine on everything still doesnt work but the car starts. And the alternater isnt charging the battery .

Check the alternator fuse for some reason.
