1g crank walk?

how common? my car makes a rattling kind of noise from the belt area but goes away during higher rpms . latley seems to be getting worse . i thought it was just a warped belt cover cause i looks to be rubbing slightly on the crank pulley and the ac belt ..but now im occasianlly haveing the starter sound ing kind of crappy and my car is only pushing 8 to 10 pounds and sounds like shit the whole time

Its very rare. Any motor can get Crankwalk. On your car do a tune up 1st see if its just the plugs/wires/pcv.

Check the crank pully it may be comming appart .
