I recently purchased an Autometer Lunar Boost Gauge, and hooked it up to my 94 eclipse Gs Turbo. When i first took it out for a drive it was reading 10 psi, and holdin steady. Then i made the boost leak tester and for the last week or so ive been testing it for hours straight and finding a couple more leaks every psi. I fixed leaks in alot of vacuum lines, and a leak in the Throttle Body, and the Idle Adjustment screw. So.... after a whole day of testing, i took it out for a drive and Holy SHIT!!!!!! my car went to 15 psi and spiked all the way up to 22 psi. Now it constantly does that. The crazy part about it is all the mods i have done are ALL the free mods, a K&N filter, and a home made 3" intake pipe. WTF is goin on here, and what can i do about it?, is it dangerous? should i get a MBC, but still WTF is goin on here, 22 psi dont sound right.

Ok, well im a head to the hardware store today and make the MBC and turn it down. I just hope it still doesn't spike that bad.

ive got the greddy profec E and its sat 16.5 and if i sorda half throttle it then punch it spikes up to 18-19 psi. any body have any experience with the profec E??
