I did somthing dumb... help

I think i pulled my E-brake a little too hard and now it just goes up and down freely.... what did i do, and how can i fix it?

You possibly broke the cable. Trace the cable and see if it is broken or unhooked. It is very possible it came unhooked right at the lever.

how can i check the lever, do i have to take apart somthing, where does the cable attach to?

take apart your console and check. the lever is attached to the cable. right under the console
